In this role, you will support customers in the use of our platform. If they have questions, want to expand the use of the platform or encounter problems, you are there for them. During the start-up phase, but also afterwards. You will ensure that both administrators and users make optimum use of our solution and are maximally satisfied.
As a software developer at WeGo, you are responsible for the further development and optimisation of our next-gen booking and sharing platform. You will design, program, build, implement and maintain new features and functions. In addition, you upgrade and debug exisiting software, and fix any bugs.
As software tester, you will be responsible for maintaining and testing our next gen booking and sharing platform. You guard the quality by identifying bugs and UX-problems in the cloudbased backoffice system and the native user app. In this role, you will work together with our developers and product managers.
We are looking for someone who enjoys helping people on their way. You will provide the admins and users of our platform with the right, friendly and professional support in case of questions and issues. In addition, you will supervise your colleagues in the Support Team, train interns and guide them during their internship.
