Software Tester

Technological development is in WeGo’s DNA. For our Software Development Team, we are looking for a software tester with an eye for detail.

As software tester, you will be responsible for maintaining and testing our next gen booking and sharing platform. You guard the quality by identifying bugs and UX-problems in the cloudbased backoffice system and the native user app. In this role, you will work closely together with our developers and product managers. Together, you are the beating heart of WeGo.

Do you have a degree in a relevant field (e.g. engineering or computer science) or demonstrable experience as a software tester or in a similar position? What will you do:

• Maintain and test features and functionalities on the platform
• Collect and evaluate user feedback
• Write, update and share technical documentation

What kind of person are you:

• Knowledge of and experience with various testing certifications such as Tmap
• Experience with testing APIs and Web services
• Experience with the test tool Postman
• Experience with the tools Jira and Confluence is a plus
• Basic knowledge of databases and experience with SQL
• Ability to work with project specifications and deadlines
• Analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Eager to learn, proactive and assertive
